Simple & Secure Returns Process

At Unik Jewels, we aim to make returns and exchanges straightforward and stress-free. Please follow the steps below to request a return.

Returns Policy Overview

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return postage
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items that remain sealed in original packaging are eligible for return and refund
  • Items opened from sealed packaging are eligible only for exchange or store credit due to hygiene reasons
  • Any remaining balance from an exchange will be issued as store credit and can be used on future purchases.

1. Request your return

To begin a return, please contact our support team or log in to your customer account to view eligible orders.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if item is faulty or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

2. Receive your return label

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items → a prepaid return label will be provided

For change-of-mind returns → a return label may be provided with a small shipping fee deducted or charged

Return instructions will be clearly sent via email once approved.

3. Prepare your package

To ensure safe and fast processing:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include your order number inside the parcel
  • Ensure the item remains sealed if requesting a refund
  • Attach the new return label provided
  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels

We may request a clear photo of the sealed return package with the label attached before shipping, to confirm the return.

4. Send your return

Once prepared:

  • Drop off your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail post box or post office
  • Keep proof of postage until your return has been processed

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received
  • Store credit (if applicable) will be issued to your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
